About

Inwardly Upside Down is a web blog I’ve created (David Quigley) in order to share some of my musing about my faith, my life, and sometimes just random things that happen. Feel free to stick around and read a few posts!

In a blog post I recently made I wrote the following explanation:

The title of this blog is “Inwardly Upside Down” with the subtitle, if you can call it that being “but still all right”.  Basically this comes from some reading I did on the early church, and how it was said of them that they were turning the world upside down. As I read a commentator’s notes on this section and he pointed out that in actuality it was the individual who was being turned upside down by Christ indwelling them. And it was from this I got the concept for title of this blog that we, as Christians, are turned inwardly upside down by Christ but we are still alright even though the world around us may disagree or question us, or even if we don’t feel normal or right in this world. So I’m trying to blog from that perspective, of being inwardly upside down, different from the world around me, but still all right.
